In this workshop, we’ll make a comforting chicken version, simmered with hominy in a rich broth flavored with mild red chiles and Mexican spices. We’ll finish it with classic toppings like shredded lettuce, radishes, lime, and tostadas for a hearty, customizable dish full of tradition.
