Mexican Street Corn, also known as elote, is a popular Mexican street food made with grilled corn on the cob that is rich, creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy. The corn is typically charred over an open flame to bring out its natural sweetness and smoky flavor.

It is then generously coated with mayonnaise or crema, sprinkled with crumbled cotija cheese, and dusted with chili powder. A squeeze of fresh lime juice adds brightness and balances the richness of the toppings.

Adults may accompany their participant at no cost and observe the program. If they would like to actively participate in making Mexican Street Corn, a ticket must be purchased.

Duration: up to 1 hour

Tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another person.
